D & P Recruitment Specialists was founded in 1980 by Sonia Coleman and was initially based in Newport Pagnell, just on the outskirts of the new city of Milton Keynes. We now have four offices which span across the Milton Keynes area.

As a company we have 28 years of experience of providing total HR solutions to local companies and our clients range from sole proprietors to Blue Chip companies. In terms of staff, just between our Managers we have a combined experience of over 60 years in the recruitment industry. We employ qualified HR Managers and industry trained Consultants to run our specialist desks.
